When we checked in we were greated by a fresh and bright cabin. The decor was very enjoyable and the couches and beds were very comfortable.the kitchen is well stocked and made for great mornings to make our breakfast and take our coffees on to the porch. Our host was on top of any of our needs no matter how small! It was a very relaxing and much needed get away.

Nice, relaxing stay

The host gave detailed information regarding the house and surrounding area. Everything listed was accurate and our stay was enjoyable. The location offered a short drive to everything we wanted to visit during our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting the area.

Easy ski access, family friendly

We stayed with our kids ages 5-10 and loved this cabin. Easy, quick drive to the ski resorts, had everything we needed and was super clean and well kept. If it's snowing when you arrive, you'll want 4WD to get up the hill to the cabin. Would stay again!

Cozy cabin with a great location

This spacious, cute, and immaculate cabin is in a terrific location for skiing, other activities, and food. The cabin is stocked with all necessities and more. Our kids loved the loft. Highly recommend!!!!!

This home was perfect for us 4 ladies. We all had our own sleeping space and enough room for all our stuff. Our one friend like the closeness of the park which she was able to walk to. This home was perfect for our annual hiking trip. Its also close to so much that we wanted to experience. i.e. Falling Water and Ligonier.

Great mountain getaway

Lisa’s mountain retreat is very clean, beautiful setting, close to many outdoor activities. We live in Florida so the mountains and surrounding beautiful area was a treat for us. Very attentive host, great place for families, my Granddaughters loved the treehouse loft! Awesome front porch for morning coffee or evening cocktails, everything we needed and more! Thank you Lisa for a memorable vacation!

Thanksgiving stay

This was the best cabin for our group of 7!! Plenty of communal space, SO CLEAN, a super fun loft area for the kids, and a beautiful outdoor view. Lisa was an unbelievably kind host, with lots of information about the sites and restaurants of the surrounding towns. We’re talking about staying again next year!!

Great cabin

This is our second time staying here because Lisa is a great host and the cabin is perfect for our crew. We often meet family in PA so we often host at least one dinner- and this place is great for that. Very clean and Lisa is amazing about communicating.

Fall trip

First trip to western PA and the area was beautiful with many great hikes in proximity to the cabin. Lisa was very helpful with suggestions for areas to visit/restaurant recommendations and she was very responsive.

Cozy in the mountains

Our family loved staying in this house, it’s far enough out of town yet close enough to everything. My kids LOVED the indoor tree house and didn’t want to be anywhere else. The property owner was absolutely amazing, so attentive and helpful. She gave several different suggestions of things to do and see in the area.

The amenities were wonderful and the host was very receptive. We had the very minor misfortune of loosing power while we were there but the host was very responsive and coordinated with us very quickly. The power came on a couple of hours later and we had flashlights with us so we were fine overall. The host checked in on us and made sure we were ok during the outage. We had snow our last day and the kids Really enjoyed the snow molding toys available at the cabin.

Perfect Mountain Vacation Stay

Lisa was an excellent host and the property met all of our expectations. Top notch host all around! Very informative about the property as well as the local area. The house was perfect fit for our group on a ski trip. Very cozy and had everything we needed during our stay! The kids loved the loft area! We would definitely recommend, and return in the future!

mountain getaway

We loved our stay at Mountain Grove. The kids loved the "tree house" and we all enjoyed using the fire pit in the evenings. Everything was clean and the house had everything we needed. We'd definitely consider renting here in the future.
