The rooms were in desperate need of updating, there was no hot water in the shower (just warm water), there was no juice or water offered at breakfast (The machine was broken) and they didn’t offer bottles of juice or water or anything, we had to pay for it. Kids can’t drink coffee and hot tea so the fact they offered nothing else is Very disappointing.

The gentlemen who checked me in at 11 PM was very polite and professional! My room was clean and tidy. The only drawback from my check-in experience was the overwhelming stench of burnt marijuana in the hallway leading up to several non-smoking rooms!
