DOWN HILL!! What a terribly expensive stay. First, the elevator was broken. Second, the inside lampshade in room 212 was stained. Blood stain on the sheets as well. Boston's was UNDERSTAFFED and FAILED to notify me about a shortage of dough on their specialty pizza........ Third......WHY is it taking so long to refund my $25 (x2) deposit?! I was told by "Laura" at the desk that it would be released immediately. Well, that isn't the case.

There was plenty of parking and the room was nice, not perfect but clean and comfortable. The hallway and elevator showed alot of wear which is understandable. Dara the young lady checking me in was helpful and very nice. It was close to the airport which was very handy. I got the last room and it did not have a TV which Dara told me up front but I did not care. I would stay there again.

I had to change my room 3 times because the door wouldn’t lock from the outside. I came back to shower in the afternoon and there was no hot water. They have promised me 25% refund on my room and need Expedia to contact the Ramada hotel in order to process the refund. Thanks.

The room we got was right next to loud people that smelled like they were smoking weed. Made the stay uncomfortable for me n my kids we left early at about 1 am because they were to loud for my kids and the smell was overwhelming

The room description is misleading, there was one full sized bed and the description made it seem like it would be two beds. The location was nice, easy to get to places nearby. Check in was slower and then our room wasn’t ready until 430. The water park looked cool.

The property was nice and it was just as expected. It would be a great place for kids and the pills are very cool. I would recommend renting a car during your stay out using Lyft. Not very walkable overall. Nearest store is at least 15 mins away. Great overall!

We were put in the last room by the exit where guests smoke. I'm a non smoker.We did not have a peaceful sleep because all we heard was guests going in and out past midnight! The kid pool was super cold. In bathroom bugs were crawling on floor! Rolly Polly bugs. No breakfast Restaurant expensive

This place is old. Run down. Dirty. Rooms are stinky and mold by the ac/heat unit. Bathroom floor was dirty. The walls are paper thin. People running up and down the halls until 11pm. Groups of people in the parking lot yelling and drinking. The water park is cute but old. I woke up to weird bug bites on my chest.

Room they put us in was infested with roaches, vent in bathroom missing, chair broken, and base moulding coming off. When we told the front desk about the room they said “that room is supposed to be decommissioned” can’t get a refund because we had bought the reservation from a 3rd party.

I recently stayed at the Ramada in Sioux Falls, and I can confidently say it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was hit with a stale, musty smell that lingered throughout the entire building. The hotel feels old, worn down, and in desperate need of a deep clean and serious renovations. The carpets were stained, the walls were scuffed, and everything just had a grimy, unkept feel to it. Our room was no better. The bathroom was dirty, with mold and mildew in the shower corners. The towels were thin and rough, and I wasn’t entirely sure they were clean. The bedsheets didn’t feel fresh, and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The one “highlight” of this place is supposed to be the water slide, but even that was underwhelming. The pool area felt just as dingy as the rest of the hotel, and I couldn’t help but question the cleanliness of the water. There was visible grime on the pool tiles, and the overall vibe was anything but inviting. If you’re thinking of booking this place for the water slide, save your money — it’s not worth it. Staff interaction was minimal, and when I did ask for assistance, I was met with indifference. I understand that hospitality jobs can be stressful, but basic courtesy shouldn’t be too much to expect. If cleanliness, comfort, and a welcoming environment are important to you, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This Ramada is far from what I’d consider an enjoyable or relaxing sta
