the room and lobby and breakfast area were roomy and clean, the only big negative is Comfort Inns seem to be using metal platform beds and they are so annoying as if someone tosses and turns you hear the bed making noises all night. the mattress is comfortable though. whoever’s bright idea it was for metal beds though needs to sleep in the rooms and lesrn first hand was a bad choice that was.

I booked this room specifically because of the pictures advertised on your website. Those images were the main reason I chose this property over others. Upon arrival, I was told that the pictures actually belong to a different room and not the one I was assigned. This is extremely misleading and unacceptable. Had I known the real room looked completely different, I would have never made this reservation. I feel deceived and very disappointed. Advertising one room and then delivering something else is false representation. This completely ruined my expectations and experience. I believe this situation deserves compensation or a resolution, as the booking was made based on inaccurate information.
