Ground floor in a wooden structure, upstairs got up early daily and sounded like elephants. The noise and creaks really carry. Our room shared the wall with the breakfast room. So early morning prep began before 6 am..you can hear everything and then kids in the breakfast room early were really loud and it carries into your room.

room clean , friendly staff. However management needs an upgrade. They take a room deposit, and immediately put it in their bank account! And then refund it to you in a few days! They collect the interest, and the customer is out the cash! Never experienced that before! It's a management issue - and they should reconsider like most hotels -- take a quick look at the room when guest is checking out, and only then put it in their pocket if needed, no cash it first and pay back later!

Wonderful stay at Sidney Waterfront Inn & Suites! We absolutely loved our stay at the Sidney Waterfront Inn and Suites. Our second-floor room offered a stunning view of the Sidney waterfront and Sidney Spit Island — the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while watching the boats go by. The inn is steps away from the quaint downtown area, with charming shops and restaurants; we had an excellent dinner at Sab Thai just around the corner. The walking trails along the waterfront are beautiful and peaceful, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. We also highly recommend taking a tour at nearby Victoria Distilleries — a fun and unique experience! Overall, a wonderful stay in a picturesque setting — we can’t wait to come back!

The breakfast room is fantastic! Normally, hotels only off continental breakfast, but this haf egg omlet things and make your own belgian waffles! Very cool.

The room was clean and spacious, all the furnishings seemed new, but the highlights are the great view of the Bay and the fact that it's right on the end of the main street of Sidney, close by dozens of restaurants and shops.
