The Landing Hotel at Rivers Casino
4/5 Good
"It was my first time booking a room there, so when I arrived, I chose to self-park my vehicle and walk to the hotel, which is connected to the casino. After parking and grabbing my luggage, I headed toward the elevator. A kind young woman let me know that luggage isn’t allowed on that elevator to the main floor since it goes directly to the casino, not the hotel.
So I decided taking the stairs, which led me outside on the opposite side of the building. From there, I walked back up the parking ramp to my car, drove around to the front, and used valet instead. I generally avoid valet due to past damage to my vehicle, so that was frustrating.
The hotel itself was fantastic, but it would really benefit from having a dedicated elevator or stair access specifically for hotel guests."
