The Kivir Hotel is as previously described by other guests is an excellent contemporary 4 star hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, the hotel is kept very clean and the beds large annd comfortable, the free coffee and soft drinks in reception and in the room fridges are an added bonus. The breakfast served on the terrace is very fresh and good quality. The pool area is at best a plunge pool with uncomfortable deck chairs, nobody used it during our 7 day stay. The geographical proximity to the historical sites also makes it a good choice, with Triana just over the bridge. If I had to add a criticism it would be although the hotel is on the bank of the river, there is a 6/7 lane main road between the hotel and the river, with traffic 24/7. It makes it impossible to open the bedroom windows because the traffic noise is unbearable, even when the windows are shut. The hotel informed us they are upgrading the window soundproofing. There are also 2 clubs in close proximity which add to the noise nuisance until 2.00am every day. If you can live with these 2 issues, the rest is absolutely perfect.

The hotel was excellent in every way. Location perfect - close to the market and the old town, shopping restaurant and bars. It was immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the quality of food and breakfast particularly was outstanding. €19 for an endless breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river, with as much coffee and cava as you can drink, and as much fruit and pastries as you can eat. There’s a refreshment area all day long which is a lovely touch. The hotel Kivir really is a place to savour.

A little modern haven - smells divine. We were in balcony room 403, which in September was in full sun and not usable, but beautiful view over the River - also reflected in mirrored closet door. Every amenity, double sinks, rain shower and handheld shower. Only one chair, no desk, little fridge. The front desk was kind and public areas well appointed and bicycles to borrow. Tiny pool but terrace on 4th floor for breakfast and evening drinks was very comfortable. King bed was true king (not two twins with middle “seam,” good bedding and towels. 100% pleased

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Great air con. Water bottles refreshed daily. Despite being in the centre of things the room was very quiet. Very comfortable bed and we had a lovely terrace with automatic sunshade. The Skyline bar/restaurant was superb and bar staff (particularly Thierry) were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and served on the skyline terrace. Most things were easily accessible within a 15 minute walk. Snacks and drinks were available in the lounge downstairs every afternoon which was a lovely addition. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and could find nothing at all to fault.

Kivir has a wonderful friendly and supportive staff, an excellent breakfast buffet, free snacks and drinks during the day. The rooms are nice, very clean and the beds comfortable. The terrace has a beautiful view. We will stay here again if we come back to Seville.

Great hotel, fantastic location.

The hotel was fantastic from the moment we walked in. Everything was polished and clean. Teresa on the reception desk was very helpful and welcoming. She gave plenty of good information regarding the area and was a fantastic host. We - by chance - ended up having our stay towards the end of the Vela de Santa Ana festival, our room looked out onto the river so we watched the fireworks from our bed. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff were all lovely including the cleaners. Thank you so much.
