Great apartment in an awesome neighborhood
We loved everything about this neighborhood that is within walking distance from the heart of Sevilla. The building was easy to access and we had no issues, the only down side is that there is only 1 bathroom and with 7 people, this wasn't optimal. We had to stagger the shower schedule to ensure that everyone had hot water. But we knew this coming in and made it work.

The communication and location was great. Rosa was very responsive. However, the apartment is in need of care. There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom (Rosa offered to take care of it). The bathroom in particular needs some deep cleaning. The shower doors have mold in them and do not open or shut easily.
