4/5We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It’s tucked away in a private, peaceful location but still super convenient — only about 5–8 minutes to shopping in Sevierville and 15–20 minutes to Gatlinburg.

The cabin was very nice. There were a few things that were broken or not working but it didn't keep us from enjoying it! The kids loved the games and game room and the adults loved the pool table. The hot tub was nice, also. Neither coffee pot was working but we improvised until the new coffee pot arrived. I notified Justine and he took care of it. He was quick to respond to emails. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the rocking chairs in the morning. The views weren't the best but it was very peaceful. We had a large group of people and everyone enjoyed it.

The lodge is amazing. The rooms were spread out well for privacy while common space was available on each floor and allowed for everyone to relax on their own. PLUS, the kitchen appliances/plates/coffee cups/pots & pans, etc. were more than I anticipated. It's basically so well equipped, it's not necessary to bring your own. Everyone in our group (reunion) were more than impressed with the accommodations and their experience. I would definitely stay again!

overall the property was fine, but it shows some lack of detailed maintenance that you get when serviced by a corporation and not an actual owner. 10 digit door code seemed excessive.

Great family getaway

The property was beautiful. There was plenty of space for all 16 of us. There were small repairs to be made and the property sent a repair right away to address them. Some repairs could not be made at the time, but their response was reassuring.

We loved every minute evens on the balcony grilling and sitting out side. We were out a ways from the city but close enough to go to the stores. We loved it.

All 13 of us enjoyed 4 Bears Lodge. The location was convenient to the local attractions. The arcade games were definitely a hit with the 5 children iningroup

Wonderful

We came with our children and grandchildren to celebrate our 40th anniversary. There were 6 adults and 8 children. Plenty of room for everyone! Hot tub was a huge hit along with the multicade gaming system. Beautiful quiet area. Great communication with owner. Clean and well equipped. The children are already asking when we are going back!

Great Family Cabin

We enjoyed our stay. The property managemnt was very responsive if we had questions and everyone enjoyed how much space we had for 10 people. It was a perfect size for large family! There are no tvs in the bunk rooms but all other bedrooms have tvs. If you have gamers like we did, just prepare for that. The pool table and downstairs games were a plus and we enjoyed having them on the rainy day! Its about 20 min from pigeon forge but not a bad drive and less traffic when getting out to do things! Id recommended this cabin for families!

Whitesell spring break

Our family stayed for spring break and loved the house. Everything was clean, well-maintained. Everyone had rooms and baths, which made getting 10 people ready each day much less stressful. The family rooms on two levels as well as large game room, and hot tub were a hit with the teenagers. The location was central to all the activities we had planned in the area. Plenty of restaurants, grocery store, and Walmart within 2 miles. We hope to stay again in the future.

2025 Family Vacation

Arrived at the house on time and it was stunning! Was there about ten minutes when a repair guy showed up with no prior knowledge to check the fridge, wasn’t repaired. Master bath on main floor had major leak from toilet, contacted host they asked if another repair guy could come out. Sure. My husband fixed the toilet. Hot tub wouldn’t work, son in law tracked down a tripped breaker. Again contacted host that explained how to use , still won’t work with breaker tripped but we figured it out. Front door will not stay closed unless locked. Lastly one of the third floor showers had a major water leak apparently in the wall that leaked through to the first floor bedroom “literally raining from the ceiling soaked luggage and bed asked for a partial refund and that’s when the host Justin ghosted me. Hasn’t answered a message since. They never sent anyone to fix. Beautiful home so if you do rent it check all these items upon check in! Despite all of this we still made the best out of our stay and had a blast!

Family Retreat

Wonderful time with our family. The cabin had plenty of room and lots of activities to choose from. The double game systems were a hit and allowed more opportunity for several to play at the same time. Lots of seating!!! We do this trip annually and our kids have asked if this could be our annual cabin. Already looking forward to next year!

Perfect stay over Thanksgiving weekend

Our family couldn’t have chosen a better place to spend Thanksgiving weekend. The cabin was everything we hoped for—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare our Thanksgiving feast, and we enjoyed gathering around the dining table to share laughter and delicious food. The living room, with its inviting fireplace, became our favorite spot to relax and watch movies together after a day of play (even with all of the room in the cabin). The location was perfect, offering the tranquility of the mountains while still being just a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg. This Thanksgiving getaway was truly unforgettable, and we’re already planning to return. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, adventure, or quality time with loved ones, this cabin is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Tennessee Time

Great house, great location, great trip! We knew it was going to be crowded in that area this time of year but decided to book it anyway and so glad we did. Some of us did the "tourist" thing every day but some actually just stayed at the house and chilled, because it was so nice! Thanks for being so responsive Justin and for sharing this incredible property.
