hotel was nice - only downside was there was nothing walking distance to go to and their restaurant was closed for the season so we had to drive to get to anything. rooms were ok - they did have a nice firepit outside which was nice. seemed very safe area which is important to me traveling as a single female, so a plus there as well

Though I’m not a fan of the virtual check-in process, I found that the staff on site were very friendly, efficient and helpful when needed.

Check in process was good. Amazing customer service received by the staff..esp Javon & Dale. Very modern and updated room with a pool and whirlpool.

We had a nice room overlooking the bay. Our room was lovely and not outdated. The folks working the desk were nice as well, but be aware you will be charged a “resort fee” even though most of the amenities are unavailable. the “heated pool” is not heated, and they will recommend visiting a “sister hotel” roughly 1.5 miles away. the hotel bar is currently condemned and closed to the public. the very nice fire pit was also closed. Our stay was fine, i’m just not sure what the “resort fee” was for if none of the amenities were available.
