I like the font desk staff and location was good. I would have given a 5 but the room was dusty on the walls and the breakfast room needs some TLC for tables plus extra staff to keep it tidy.

Good location

Good location, we walked to many places. Good hearty breakfast. Laundry facility in the hotel was an added bonus. Affordable to stay a few nights before leaving for our Alaskan cruise.

The location is great for a first-time Seattle experience, being equal distance from every major tourist spot. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and pleasant in every interaction. The only issue is the parking situation, which is obviously limited to every downtown experience. Better guidance would be appreciated, even as far as having an employee lead you to a spot so confusion is minimized. Overall, a suprisingly great stay.

We were pleased to find a very clean room with wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows. The Space Needle was visible from our window, and wasn’t a far walk either. One note of advice, remember to use ALL the locks/bars etc for the door. We had a do not disturb sign out, and a maid still tried to enter the room at 8 am while we were getting dressed. Not a big deal but a little startling at the time.
