Room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a great job keeping it clean timely. The person at the reception at the time of check in was very rude. Other staff at the breakfast, housekeeping and at the time of check out were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was standard with a lot of microwave options. There was a waffle bar and a variety of drinks.

Arrived around 1am after a long day of traveling. Room was right next to a back alley where they were dumping garbage out every hour. Heard everything. Awake all night so we asked for another room at around 7am to try and get a couple of hours sleep before we had to leave which they accommodated. Within an hour they started working on a replacing the carpet in the room above. Horrible stay. Would not recommend.

The hotel is in a great location, near lots of restaurants, a Whole Foods, and public transit. The surrounding area feels very safe, and the rooms are spacious. The free breakfast is basically a number of grab-and-go options plus a waffle maker and frozen breakfast burritos/sandwiches. The only downside here was the upstairs renovations starting at an ungodly 7am each morning!

Cody was very helpful. He answered our questions about nearby necessities, provided us a map, and gave us directions. He helped arrange our transport through the towncar back to the airport. He was very kind. The bathroom fan is too loud , and it really bothered me . The bathtub is very old with old stain at the corner

The positive, Found the room cleaners staff very friendly. Front desk was somewhat friendly, that’s pushing it. No smile. Not happy. But did punch in the rooms. The negative, Rooms are dirty, smelly of mold. Was disappointed for a La Quinta. Very low standards. I wouldn’t recommend. I needed an extra plug, pulled back the night stand. I was disgusted. Mold and thick dust. Very disappointed in the breakfast. No coffee. Had to tell someone that worked there. And still no coffee. There was hot water and dribble of decaf. If it was a low budget that I was looking for, this still doesn’t qualify. Terrible. I won’t recommend 2.5 out of ten. The morning Front desk. Shouldn’t be there. No good morning, no hello. It’s like I shouldn’t be there.
