We used to live in Seattle and knew the Belltown area was not great. We also did not wanna pay over $300 for a hotel room. The property was fine but it was just bare basics. Be careful at night as there are a lot of drug addicts in the area.

Check in was horrible. Told that our reservation didn't exist. Finally the manager showed up and immediately found out reservation. I don't know why it was so hard to begin with. The place stinks like body odor and sewage. Don't really recommend unless you'll be spending zero time in the room.

I was initially skeptical when I arrived from the airport, but the room was clean, staff were helpful, great location & good price. There are no cups/glasses in the room or hairdryer, but I can tell that the new owner is trying to upgrade. Perfect spot if you want to walk downhill to the cruise docks. I stayed before and after mine.

Charged me for an extra night without confirming I wanted it. I inquired about the price for another night which was too expensive and I didn’t agree to booking it. The next morning I found out they charged me for another night. They said they would refund me for it but not the taxes because my original booking was through Expedia (that I already paid for). They were the ones to charge me for the additional night not Expedia. Now I’m waiting for my money back which unfortunately had 364.63$ pulled that I couldn’t use for my trip. The hotel otherwise was in a good location, secure with the gates and cameras, and housekeeping was very nice. If you are to book here I would double check your charges on your card and ask for email confirmation for your stay or a printed receipt. The guy that charged me for another night was not the same guy who helped me get a refund. The employee who was working the night of 6/12 and did not care enough to do his job properly.

Definitely Not handicapped friendly with only a Broken elevator. The television wasn’t working and the young guy behind the desk didn’t offer to help, nor did he give us standard check-in instructions like the wi-fi password. Really Cheap, in the worst sense of the word!! Coffee in the morning was Cold.

The staff is professional, courteous and quick. Parking and location is worth the room charge. A simple update would command twice the price but that might kill the charm. Great pillows, blackout curtains clean sheets and smart TV’s. I don’t ever leave a review unless I’m disappointed or extremely pleased. I’m very pleased.

The property itself wasn't bad the location to the event i stayed for was very convenient. The room itself wasn't very clean lots of dust & bits all around, the sheets had different colored stains on them so slept on top on them not in them. The most disturbing thing was I packed all my stuff out & went to go get breakfast with the intent of eating it in the room but upon returning to the room there was a guy with a reflective vest on using the toilet (I had not turned in my key yet) so at this point i checked out & left. Won't stay here again & won't recommend anyone to stay here either.

Front desk person was wildly rude, handed me the plunger for the clogged toilet in my room and said he wouldn't do it. What am I, the maintenance guy? Rooms are spartan, but clean, shower is good, but TV impossible to operate. Good wifi, free parking. Once you get past the front desk, not the worst hotel room in world.

Was a $50 a night stay I paid double the bed was comfortable the room tv I couldn’t get it to work. The window unit was unplugged and very dirty so I left it alone even though the noise would be nice and sink and tub was ok but room was dingy and was just not a great hotel but location was decent for what I needed but the price way to high for the quality
