Whenever I go to Renton to visit family, this is where I stay. It’s my home away from home. I tried two other places but came back to the Hilton Gardens. Everything I need is right there.

Feels more like a motel 6, but only slightly nicer. The heater was really loud. The carpet looked like it needed to be replaced a few years ago. Otherwise, clean room and a fairly large room.

From the beginning this Hilton in Renton, WA was bad. When I went to check in, the gentleman at the counter was rude, gave me attitude with no welcoming whatsoever. The room was cold and had trouble with the thermostat. The TV didn’t work but I could do without it. Unfortunately when I got up to take a shower there was no hot water. Ended up getting moved to another room around 6:00 AM that was smaller than my other room and the thermostat didn’t work at all. This place is broken down and needs repairs badly.
