A hotel that is a perfect encapsulation of Seattle. It's location was in Pioneer Square which connects to its roots and across the street to the Waterway. citizenM was very welcoming to whomever walked in and was in good order and cleanliness when I was there. I wouldn't mind staying there again given the opportunity!

Experienced technical issues with check-in and throughout that day and evening. The room was small, but very comfortable and we enjoyed an incredible view of Puget Sound. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Technical issues did affect electronics in room (i.e., television, remote shades, lighting), but issue was resolved by day 2.

this was an amazing hotel, infact it was one of the best ive ever visited! all staff members were very friendly, the room i was staying in was very cozy and stylish, and its very close to countless cafes, food places, and the water front. if i were to be coming back to seattle in search of a hotel this would be the first place i look for bookings!
