A hotel that is a perfect encapsulation of Seattle. It's location was in Pioneer Square which connects to its roots and across the street to the Waterway. citizenM was very welcoming to whomever walked in and was in good order and cleanliness when I was there. I wouldn't mind staying there again given the opportunity!

The rooms are extremely small for the price. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but the iPad that controls the lights/tv/room temp/blinds did not work and the tv remote did not work either. I was told several other rooms were having technical problems and IT would be notified. There are no parking options at the hotel so you have to walk a few blocks to a parking garage or park on the street. Overall not a good bang for your buck.

Hipster hotel in great location

Wonderfully funky hip hotel located conveniently within walking distance of restaurants and waterfront. The restaurant ( breakfast buffet) was a good value. The room is a bit tiny( even for 2 people) and we never could figure out the tv, but otherwise a fun stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Clean and updated , very electronically savvy hotel. Bed is very comfortable, rooms are small and bathrooms are small but nice. Small fridge in room. Efficient check in and checkout with tablets in the lobby. Location is excellent for stadiums and pioneer square as well as fairy services!
