House Rules: •No shoes inside the property. •No smoking in the house. Only permitted outside the house a minimum of 25 ft away from the house. •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. •Check-out time is 10am. •Check-in time is 4pm. •No extra/ overnight guests (have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation). •No mail delivered here (unless personally arranged ahead of time). •No moving / rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified). •No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, firestick, etc. •No pre-check in bag storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee). •No pets. •No disrespecting / disturbing neighbors. •No parking anywhere on property other than assigned spaces we show you. •No loud noise or music past 10 pm. We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken*
