It was a nice stay with my family. Greg was attentive and when we needed something he got right on it and made sure we didn't need anything else. The room got very hot during the day with no AC, but cooled down quickly at night.

The room was very hot, with only a fan to cool the room. The bed was very firm. Room did not seem as advertised (esp. square footage). Only plus was it was right by the beach and a block away from the shopping.

Enjoyed beautiful view of the coast from our window. That said, the room offered very basic furnishings (bed and bedside tables). It could use some items that would have made stay more comfortable: ie. drawers/shelving for clothes; OR rack for suitcases. Closet very small with 5 hangers. Appreciated comfort of bed.

Great location!

Great beach view location. We had 2 rooms. One king lower level and a rolm with 2 rooms , queens in both. Didn’t recall setting up that way but was perfect for the travel group.

Excellent location!

The location and parking was excellent! The ocean view was very nice! Despite being newly renovated, the room lacked comfort. The bed was very hard and there was no padding under the carpet.

This is our second time staying here. The location of this hotel is the reason we came back. Its right in front of the volleyball nets and two different beach access points. After a long day and night on the 4th of July it was so nice to have our room so close. Once we arrive we are able to park our cars and walk to all the shops and restaurants. The office staff as well as the grounds folks and cleaning staff are all helpful and attentive. There is a box fan in each room which I love to help with noise.We will be back!

Room was warm (no A/C), WIFI did not work, bathroom door was strangely very heavy, ground floor "ocean front view" is actually a "sand view" because there is just a sand hill outside the window. Front desk woman was incredibly rude. A lot of choices in Seaside, skip this one
