The room was comfortable and clean, and service was excellent. My only complaint was breakfast. The meat and eggs didn't look very good, so I had a waffle... BUT, the waffle batter was weird - some kind of whole grain thing, I think. It didn't cook very well, and the consistency seemed under-cooked. I ate it anyway, and got sick later that day. I don't know for sure the waffle made me sick, but I DO know it was undercooked, tasted funny (and there were no knives to cut it with, by the way). If I stayed there again, I would skip the breakfast and go get donuts down the street.

Poor experience all around. The customer wasn’t put first from check in through check out. Unhelpful front desk. No water at breakfast, no hand soap in our room or the lobby bathrooms. When trying to swim, we couldn’t only one door to the pool worked with our key card. We needed to go outside and around to the back parking lot to enter. the pool ladder only had one rung- the top one. Unhelpful. The pool water didn’t seem treated. Even after setting up late check out our key card was deactivated at the regular check out time. I’m glad to be gone and home2suites has lost my business.

Gone downhill - fast

We've been staying here since it opened and WOW has it gotten beat up. The shower knob is cheap and has completely broken but they have just left it. Breakfast got moved to 9am and 30+ people scrambled to feed their families while the staff hurried to lock everything up and shut down. Next year we'll be looking elsewhere, this isn't worth $200

We arrived at 20 pm to find that they had given the room I reserved away. We were forced to crowd into one bed. When they did move us to a new room the AC sounded like a lawnmower. I couldn’t sleep. My key card never worked. Each time I left my room I was locked out.
