Nice upgraded motel. Room was large and pleasant. Main problem was that every time someone closed a door on our floor, the room practically shook. It sounded like someone shot a gun in the hallway. Very disturbing. Breakfast was quite nice.

Quick overnight stay. What we needed. Breakfast quality was sub par, I thought, for the full price tag.

The young lady that checked me in, and the lady that checked me out were very pleasant. The room was very spacious and clean. This was my first time staying at a hotel solo, I was a little skeptical at first. However, I am so glad I chose this hotel to stay in, I felt really safe and not uncomfortable at all.

In one of the worst experiences in USA this hotel needs to be avoided like cancer tumor. They double booked my room and charged me twice. The front desk suggested I call orbitz to cancel and when Orbitz called they refused to refund - said that we gave keys to two rooms and must be paid. Their other claim was that we went as a group of 10 people. BLATANT LIE. I asked them how they counted us as 10 and if they can show me the lobby video or something to that affect. Then the answer was - we did not say you came with 10 people. ANOTHER LIE. I never went with 10 people and NEVER USED two rooms. NEVER BOOKED TWO ROOMS in the first case! Finally I lodged a complaint with Orbitz and had to spend 4 hours on phone to get this straightened. The hotel staff were OK but always inside and when coffee or something did not work you had to tell them and they will fix it leisurely. The pancake maker did not have dough. Had to remind the worker twice. Coffee machine were out of coffee. Had to remind again. They come out when you ask them to check. Otherwie they are inside in complete Nirvana. After seeing this complaint they will react and answer in a circuitous way but do not believe them one bit. They are nothing but LIES. I will never go back to this hotel. A roadside motel is MUCH MUCH better than this wet smelling rooms joint. And the lies? Horrible.

The staff was great the room was very clean bathroom around edge was dirty. I would like a rebate on room. Sorry for feeling that WAY. Wayne Robinson.

This hotel is an hidden secret. I really enjoyed my stay. Do not let the name turn you away. It is not nothing express about this Inn other than the check-in. They take their time to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Also, there are many places to eat within walking distance of the hotel to top it off.

I have stopped here every time I travel to Orlando or Miami. I can coint on a clean and safe stay with courteous and helpful staff.

Excellent all round service/amenities. Spacious and comfortable room.

We checked in late. Staff was nice and quick. Multiple fast food places within walking distance.

My family traveled through Savannah on our way to Florida and stayed one night. The hotel was clean overall. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. There are several fast food places near the hotel, but few nicer restaurants. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The wireless internet required a password (which we were given at check-in) and worked well. The room seemed fairly new, but the carpet had a some stains (it was a pet room). The room and bathroom were large and the bathroom had plenty of counter space in front of the mirror for my two daughters to share for getting ready in the morning. The hotel advertised a free "hot breakfast" which was a continental breakfast with the addition of scrambled rehydrated eggs and waffles. The pet fee was $10 per pet per night.

Was awaken at 6am to the pipes in the wall banging. It was very loud and woke us up out of a sound sleep. Then the room next door had screaming kids.

the hot tub was dirty and the hotel had an bad smell but otherwise it was ok.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. We just stayed one night. We were dead tired from a 12 hour drive. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. Would stay again. Don't miss the driveway or it is a long way to a u-turn.
