Checkin was terrible , it’s like the girl was hearing dyslexic, asked away from elevators and not near vending machines , well she could not have gotten me closer to either, phoned down asked to change rooms said she would look then hung up on me , I’ll give her the benefit of doubt but then lied and told me she’d call me back . 
You need a key card to get in which I understand for the area, but a questionable looking guy snuck in behind us before the doors closed and then tried to enter the elevator we were on, which I didn’t allow , what the desk guy did after we were gone I do not know
