Tiny House Flamingo - free WiFi

Summary:
Flamingo once was occupied as a permanent residence and now resides with us at Tiny House Siesta. Master bedroom is in a loft that has a full set of stairs for access. House features cooktop, large refrigerator, flushing toilet and shower, fully stocked and functioning kitchen, awning windows to catch the ocean breeze, futon couch and flat screen TV. Just like being at home and 3/4 of a mile from Siesta Key Beach.
Check in is 3PM - Check out is 10AM.
Pets Not Allowed.

The Space:
Enjoy your own tiny house while on vacation. The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and outdoor patio. You can also use our community center to hang out and play billiards or darts. Behind the community center, there is a large deck with lots of seating, fire pits, bar area and outdoor showers.

Guest Access:
Self check-in at 3pm. Door code is emailed and texted 11am the day of arrival and activates at 3pm check-in time.

The Neighborhood:
Located right across the South bridge from Siesta Key. We are about a mile walk to beach access 12 and a 7 minute drive to the public beach area.

Getting Around:
While a car is convenient, you can get around without a car. Bike rentals are available on the key. You can also use Frog Hop to get to the beach and Siesta Key Village.

Other Things to Note:
Tiny houses have smaller water tanks than a normal house. We suggest taking short showers if your group plans to shower one after the other.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available thru messaging everyday until 9pm.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The apartment also includes a coffee maker.

This was our first time in a tiny house. It was absolutely as pictured. We had plenty of space and all amenities were provided. The place seemed very sturdy and well built. Also very clean and comfortable. The only thing we could have found better was if there was room in the loft (where the bed is) to stand up. We knew this going in and took a chance on the place anyway. Absolutely exceeded our expectations overall. Great location too!

First tiny house experience.

I enjoyed the home and the convenience. I wish prior to my arrival I had easy access to information about renting bikes and beach chairs. The home was convenient enough to ride a bike to the beach. Parking at siesta is impossible unless you leave early in the morning. I also wasn’t aware of public transportation. All of that would be great to know before arriving. The bed was comfortable. I wish also I knew a bit more about the mostly cold shower. We used hot water only but was still cold. The sink had hot water for dish washing. Coffee pot was dirty. I did not clean it. I left it the way it was eft for me. Netflix did not work for us - wouldn’t load. Cable worked just fine. Internet was good. Overall - good experience.

Cute secluded place

The only complaint is that the hot water was not hot at all but we made do! Cute little secluded place that was perfect for just the two of us. Not too far from the beach! Will stay again!
