The worst
We checked in, went to our room. It smelled like smoke. We asked to get a new room. The receptionist was nice and accommodating, she walked us around the hotel and showed us 2 other different rooms before we got to our final room. All three rooms smelled like fresh smoke. One of them smelled like weed. I couldn’t stay there with my child. The final room we settled in didn’t smell too horrible, but AC in the room wasn’t working. The location was next to a busy Taco Bell drive through and they shared the same parking lot. I genuinely wasn’t feeling easy about staying at this room at that moment, so I decided to forgo what I already paid, and we drove back to Orlando. I know, I was thinking it’s just a room to sleep in, but it wasn’t safe or comfortable. Beware.

It is ok for business trip. There is no coffeemaker in rooms. No coffee or hot water provided outside breakfast hours. Breakfast choices are really bad - you either can eat carbs or carbs with sugar or sugar with carbs. No proteins, not fats, no nutrients. Coffee is not impressive. Forget about breakfast if you want to eat real food.
Decent value & good stay. Property is a bit dated & some disrepair evident (loose trim, etc).

Definitely a 1-2 rating on this hotel. The cleaning of the room could be better. My bed was not made or partially made. Etc. Disappointed
we liked the pool the best and was clean too. room was clean and we stayed there before and we would stay there again...
Very good location in a residential area across Publix & McDonald's or Taco Bell.
Positives: - Location was great - Room service: the lady was very helpful and friendly - Pleasant outside - Grocery store across the street was very convenient Negatives: - Neglected maintenance, paint in the room - Uncomfortable and noisy air conditioning - Neglected hallway - Unacceptably neglected laundry room - Terrible coffee and very measly breakfast - High price for this condition
Rooms were very spacious, The staff wasn't very friendly and welcoming at all, almost seemed like us checking in was bothering them.
No real breakfast to speak of, just stale danish and small box of cereal. Loud screaming in halls at night. They try their best to work with what they have, but will not be staying here again.
