"Booked a 2night stay and my flight got cancelled the 1st night. Had to call 6 times in order to let them know I was checking in until the next day. Also asked if by any chance I could cancel that night to which they declined; which I understood as it was the airlines fault. Next day at noon I arrived, no issues checking in and got my upgraded room for being a Gold member. Ran straight to shower for my Dr. appointment and found the toilet base COMPLETELY covered in urine. I called the front office and ask to please send someone to clean it as I would want to use it before leaving to the Dr’s; no apology or surprise came from the receptionist and said she’d send someone. 2 hours and 20 mins go by and no one came. I was astonished. As I leave my room, I find a housekeeper 2 rooms down; ask if she was informed about my room needing maintenance; she said no one notified her but would gladly clean it for me. Came down to the front desk to tell them no one had come to clean, I would need to speak to the manager, and a room change wasn’t necessary as I was not even spending 24hrs. I came back a couple of hours later and spoke to “manager” who had the nerve to tell me it was the liquid they use to clean the toilets. I showed her the picture and told her no one would believe her excuse and how frustrated I was at not only the dirty toilet but their lack of attention to this issue. Her solution was free breakfast; told her I leave at 5am. Director of the hotel hasn’t called me as of yet"
