The hotel is centrally located within the city and close to Sapporo station; a more than manageable walk even with luggage. Staff was courteous and delightful to interact with. As a solo traveler, I found the room to be perfect. Clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel had a lounge with vending machines and a bath on the lower floor which was very welcome even though I didn’t have the opportunity to make use of the latter this trip. Would absolutely visit again!

The room and bathroom were exactly as described, however the only downside is there is no safe in the hotel room. Right beside the entrance is the smoking area and is kind of unpleasant when you walk in/out of the lobby. The washing machine and dryer are two separate units, so it didn’t take very long to dry our clothes (usually it takes longer with the washer/dryer combo).

It's a very solid, slightly-above-average Japanese hotel. Rooms are compact but well appointed, ammenities are nice. It's a bit let-down by being overly-fussy, with the lounge area on the basement level being closed at 1am, even though it's the only area to congregate in the hotel. With no rooms on that level or the first floor, noise can't be an issue... They just don't want people to be able to sit down if their room is not an option (like needing to take an overseas work phone call when your partner is trying to sleep). Likewise, I understand that the baths must close at 1am for "cleaning," but I wish they were open later (or all night) like other premium hotel chains. All in all, it was a nice experience and I would stay there again, but I'd also look around to see if the other hotels in the same range/class were a bit less uptight.

Very walkable and the best beds

The best hotel Ive stayed at during my time in Japan. The bed was comfortable, the service was excellent. Best sleep Ive had in Japan! The bathroom in my room was only a shower, but they have a shared bath in the lower level. Being directly between Odori Park and the Factory shopping center made the location immensely walkable!

Great Location in Sapporo

This was one of our favorite hotels in Japan. The room was very comfortable. Hotel is in a great location. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the metro. No bathtub. No coffee in the lobby. I think all hotels should offer coffee in the lobby. They have a cool “pillow bar” where you can pick your own pillow. After an awful, flat pillow in Tokyo, it was nice to be able to pick out a more supportive pillow for our 3 night stay. Hotel staff was helpful and it was a really nice stay.

The hotel is excellent. The location is great and quiet. It is like 8 mins walk the JR station and also 10 mins walk to the TV towel. The staffs are wonderful and super friendly. We like the bath a lot. The breakfast is good but not great.
