Our room was spotless and exactly as described on the site. The check in process was very easy and staff were very courteous and listen to customers. The best part was the location of the hotel for it to be connected directly to the train station. For those who want to have various food options for either breakfast, lunch or dinner you have all things available just a floor below. Thank you

It’s very convenient and reasonable price. Coz In Sapporo city is too expensive to stay. Staff are nice, but we don’t see them often, so it’s better to ask questions when you checked in. Room is very clean, but they will not come to clean your room, if you don’t ask them.

The reply of failure from the hotel is not because it is too full, but because they are not being requested. It made us very inconvenient during our stay. チェックイン時もスタッフの方がサポートしてくださり迷わず出来ました。部屋の開錠がSuicaで出来たので良かったです。部屋はエスコンフィールドが見える部屋だったので野球観戦の余韻も楽しめて良かった。部屋のお風呂はなくシャワーだけでしたが特に問題なかったのですが大浴場があったらもっと良かったのにと思いました。

エスコンフィールドでの野球観戦旅行で滞在させていただきました。北広島駅直結、球場へのシャトルバスも運行されています。徒歩でも20分ほどです。新千歳空港、札幌、小樽などのアクセスもよく立地はよいと思います。 試合日はホテル料金も高く(これは仕方ないと思いますが)、お部屋は然程広いわけではない上、シャトルバスが無料ではないのが残念でした。(ホテルゲストは無料になれば良いなぁ) スタッフさんは親切でした！
