We enjoyed our stay here. It’s very close to the old town so you can walk everywhere, and parking is close if needed. We had a really nice meal at the hotel restaurant, and there are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance too. It’s the perfect location!

The room was spotless , the staff were helpful in finding activities in the area, they helped us with bus connections and subways. We needed to apply for our E-Visa for Brazil and were able to help us with the application. The swimming pool was a nice relax after a busy day. Breakfast in the morning was great, with alot of variety. The location is in the middle of downtown where most tourist attractions are, yet close to the subways and buses to explore further out.

The hotel is sharing a building with other services, and the common area need refurbishing. The mattress is bad and bent, needs replacement. Same for pillows that are not soft, basically below the standard of 4 stars hotel. There was a kind of fan outside that was too loud during the night. The room is bad sound insulated. The customer service was very good and friendly.

Hôtel 4etoiles sans le standing attendu. Petite chambre, pas de bouilloire, pas de verre à dents. Dans ce type d hôtel on trouve en général des chaussons de courtoisie et quand celui ci possède une piscine et encore plus un spa en général on a des peignoirs. Le spa avec piscine jaccuzi jets est très appréciable par contre le sauna était éteint, les douches côté femmes n avaient pas d eau chaude ni savon. Et les robinets sont oxydes recouverts de calcaire. Manque d hygiène de ce côté là. Une amélioration à apporter : avoir les boutons de commande sur les bords de la piscine. Actuellement il faut ressortir à chaque fois pour remettre en route. Côté Petit déjeuner. Correct avec des croissants frais et délicieux, fruits frais... Par contre quand on doit partir avant l heure di pdj il nous est fourni un sac avec un sandwich, un fruit et un jus de fruit. Mais pas possible de se faire une boisson chaude. A force d insister on m a demandé d'apporter un récipient afin que l on me donne de l eau chaude. Le matin j'amène une bouteille f eau et découpée pour y mettre cette eau. Mais on me répond que ce plastique est trop fin que l eau durcir le plastique. Heureusement un gentil monsieur est au final aller me chercher une théière avec de la eau chaude. Et la veille j'avais demandé si je ne pouvais pas avoir un bouilloire ce qui aurait plus simple. Refus. Heureusement qu il y a des personnes qui savent prendre des Initiatives ! Voilà les raisons qui expliquent mon mécontentement.

Hotel, con muy buena ubicación para conocer la zona del centro de Santiago de Chile, caminar hasta el cerro Santa Lucía y facil movilidad en Transporte Pero es importante que los viajeros tengan en cuenta que para recargar la tarjeta BIP deben hacerlo en estaciones modernas de las líneas 3 y 5 donde aceptan pagos con tarjeta de crédito, de lo contrario, deben llevar dinero chileno en efectivo

En general, la experiencia fue bastante negativa. Todo comenzó al informarnos que el estacionamiento del hotel se encuentra a tres cuadras del recinto, lo que resulta poco práctico e incómodo. El proceso de check-in fue excesivamente lento, ya que todo se realiza de forma manual y escrito a lápiz, sin un sistema digital previo de registro. El método de ingreso es completamente obsoleto y genera demoras innecesarias. Respecto a las instalaciones, la piscina indica funcionamiento hasta las 21:00 hrs; sin embargo, a las 20:35 hrs ya se presentó la persona encargada del aseo solicitando que abandonáramos el lugar, lo que demuestra una falta de coordinación y afecta directamente la experiencia del huésped. La habitación es muy anticuada, tanto en mobiliario como en infraestructura. Las camas y colchones requieren un cambio urgente, y los baños también evidencian un evidente desgaste por el paso del tiempo. El desayuno ofrece muy poca variedad y, además, el personal retira constantemente los platos y alimentos mientras uno aún está consumiendo, lo que impide disfrutarlo con tranquilidad. Considerando el valor pagado, $100.000 por noche en mi caso, esperaba un estándar muy superior. En definitiva, fue una estadía incómoda y muy por debajo de las expectativas.

El hotel es un hotel viejo, de hecho todo el hotel huele a viejo, las habitaciones están descuidadas aunque limpias. Pedimos el box lunch para llevar a nuestro tour y nos dieron todas las manzanas literal podridas. En general no lo recomiendo para nada.
