My husband and I were there two weeks ago. We're there just for two nights but it was more than enough. Our check in experience was very nice, Felipe the bellboy was the one who helped us with our luggage. He is a lovely man and a very good english speaker. He was always aware about our needs. Front desk and guest relations people helped us a lot in our state, especially Hans and Gloria. Thanks for all guys! The room was very nice and the view was beautiful. The pool was ok and so was the gym. However the food was spectacular, probably the best of our state. We loved Latin Grill especially the local food. It is indeed the best restaurant that we went. Good job Marriott people!

We had a Viator tour planned & the company completely failed to show up for our day of sightseeing. We did get a full refund from Viator for their mistake but it soured our morning... until we met Mario who works for the transportation team of the hotel. He drove us around Santiago for 3.5 hours to give us a wonderful overview of the city, it’s history and it’s beauty. We loved the experience so much that we asked the team to drive us down to wine country the next day. Tony was equally as charming and brought us to the wineries that the concierge booked for our lunch & English tour. Overall we found doing the sightseeing this way saved us quite a bit of money over the packaged tours and it gave us the private experience we were looking for! The Marriott front desk team is very helpful and accommodating!!

For a 5 star hotel does not live to expectations. It's ok. Good location but a bit far if you intend to use the subway. Nice restaurants around a lot of choices. Food in the hotel also ok nothing to rave about. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I went for business to Santiago and was my second stayed in the Marriott Las Condes. The service from the check in to the check out was fantastic. They have a new Sushi option in the lobby restaurant that is one of the BEST in Santiago. The chef has made a fantastic job not only with the flavor but with the presentation and sushi options. I went to the lobby restaurant two consecutive nights ! I did not want to spend time in the traffic looking for restaurants when the Marriott Santiago has one of a kind sushi. I used as always the gym and continues being good. So it’s the perfect hotel for business, relax and sushi.

What a fantastic restaurant at the Marriott hotel. We went for a meal on my birthday, 4th Dec, and the food was fantastic. But what made it special was the waiter, Andre, he came out with a small cake with a candle in and the pianist played happy birthday, really made us feel special. A wonderful night.

I love this hotel especially the location and the amazing staff that works here. Front desk Alex, Hans, Alicia, Barbara and all of the desk are the best. I love the executive lounge from Diego, Diana and Tomas, the staff is incredible, the breakfast buffet at Cafe Med is awesome such good employees, Cafe Med is impeccable, last but not least the Latin Grill is the creme de la creme , the chef is the best , run by Javiera Andre Miguel Fabian Didier,, Esteban at the piano , amazing keep it up.

Our recent stay at the Santiago Marriott has been most enjoyable. The amenities are excellent and the staff provide and outstanding level of service. In particular the staff in Cafe Med were very attentive. At lunch our server Diego was doing an excellent job of looking after all our needs when he had to leave. However before leaving he made a special point of handing over to a new server Johan. Both servers are a credit to the hotel and are to be congratulated on their mannets and attention to detail as well and their professionalism.

I travel worldwide for business and this property is exceptional. Well appointed spacious guest rooms and amenities. Staff are incredibly welcoming and I always look forward to my next visit. This property is incredibly well maintained and very clean.

I booked a family package for the family room directly from the hotel's webpage, the packaged included amenities such as daily turn down cookies and milk service for the child, welcome amenity for adults of wine and cheese, 2 tickets for a local park, and 50% discount at 2 of the 3 restaurants in the hotel. I stayed for 3 nights. It turns out that (1) they did not provide the tickets to the local park until I remembered the details of the package, (2) there was no welcome amenity for adults, (3) there were no daily turn down service and (4) there were no cookies and milk for the child. All of these I had to ask front desk, who of course had no idea of the package, and their response was late. The service for what was advertised was almost non existent and it does not look as good as in the hotel's webpage because there were no toys for the child, only a PS4 and a few games, and a table board game. The restaurant didn't provide for the 50% discount bill as they didn't know of the package, so I had to fix it by myself by letting the front desk know. All this was supposed to be included in my package, and in the end I had to "do the work" by myself. I talked to the front desk manager and she tried to remedy the problem during my last night of the stay, but the overall level of service was mediocre at best because of the lack of knowledge of the service that the hotel has sold. It is actually quite impressive that almost all of the "good" hotels that I've stayed in Santiago have some sort of problem which should not of happen in the first place as long as the hotel provide some basic level of service, i.e. provide the service that was advertised or commonly expected from the brand. Another problem happened when I checked out, the hotel instead of charging me only one fee, it also charged the guarantee bill (fee for 1 night stay), I talked to the "person in charge Mario Munoz and he told me to write him an email, which I did and to which he doesn't even have the courtesy to reply with a confirmation receipt or just reply to my inquiry. The hotel itself is kind of dated, but in general clean. Staff was quite helpful, specially those at the spa and the Latin Grill Restaurant. The breakfast restaurant is just acceptable, nothing fancy or memorable. The only one member of the staff provided excellent service was the guy behind the Marriot Chat app.

Best location to stay in Santiago , close to all the main attractions and easy access from any point. Very comfortable with all the amenities of a first class Hotel, but the best perk of all is the Staff . The Staff is extremely helpful always going the extra mile to serve the customer, special Mr. Miguel Angel who made sure everything was perfect during my group's stay from the time we checked in to our last minutes in the hotel.
