Enjoy peekaboo ocean views, an open-concept living space, and a short walk to coffee, restaurants, and seaside adventures. The spacious layout includes a King primary suite, a fun bunk room, and a serene Queen bedroom with ocean glimpses. Perfect for families or friends seeking comfort, connection, and the best of Santa Cruz all within walking distance.

This airy 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is designed for families and friends to relax, connect, and soak up coastal living.

The primary suite features a plush king bed, the cheerful bunk room sleeps up to five with an XL Full, Queen and a Twin, and the third bedroom invites quiet mornings with a queen bed and a peekaboo ocean view.

The open-concept living area brings everyone together with harbor views, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room to gather. Step out and you’re just a quick stroll to the beach and the Harbor with its vibrant restaurants.

Whether you’re unwinding in the sea breeze, adventuring through Santa Cruz, or savoring sunset dinners together, this is your home base for making lasting memories on the coast.
