Tiny rooms with bunk beds, there are no phone in tbe rooms so you don't have contact with the lobby. Other than this is a great hotel, the cleaning of the rooms are good they replace towels every day and the location is amaizing

Reserve 2 habitaciones. Al llegar al hotel me dicen que solamente tenia 1 habitacion a mi nombre y que ya no habia mas habitaciones. Esto ya a la media noche y yo con familia, abuelos, papas e hijos bebes. Por supuesto pedi cancelar y que me consiguieran habitaciones en otro hotel a lo que si me accedieron. No volveria a reservar una habitacion aqui.

Great place not expensive

Nice place yo go and sleep, close to downtown and not expensive. The problem will be that the room is not too big and comfortable... and the staff ay night needs to be better ( i need to print a document, only one papel, and they refused to do it be cause was too late ... 11 pm ) in general they can fix and improve somethings but i'll take it again if i have to visit Monterrey again.

Hotel Room Efficient

The rooms are small. The only problem was there was no phone to use, not even in lobby, which was small aswell. There was easy access to public transportation and you are on a main road way, which is good.
