Room was double booked. Had two men walk into my room(they were given keys). Lucky my boyfriend was with me and stopped them from coming in any further. Called front desk to get clarity on what was going on. They apologized said they “didn’t know how that happened” and offered me a $75 food voucher. We did use it after checking out and getting back home my card was charged for the meal. Room was small, sofa it the room looked dirty and was ripped from one side.our room had a small patio with ocean view when we went outside the patio furniture had been stripped down of pillows/cushion.nothing but metal bars. Called front desk again took them over an hr to get someone up to my room Mind you we paid $900 for this room. It was my bday weekend, first time visiting Santa Barbara beautiful place, but this hotel was a nightmare. Will never stay with them again.

The stairs to our room had a horrible smell. The bathtub was peeling. The toilet would barely flush the smallest piece of tp. The patio was very dusty and full of spiderwebs. The patio door couldn’t lock so it was held closed only by a metal rod. It was kid friendly and the wait staff at the set were great, but that was the only good thing about the place.

Service at check in was not the best. We got a room facing the parking lot. I asked if there’s any other room. She said the active hotel is booked. She lied. When I walked around at night there were many unoccupied rooms. I won’t be coming back here again.

We didn’t know there are 3 weedings at the property for 4 days, it was packed place, hotel was packed, pool and jacuzzi were dirty, extremely busy, at bookitwr didnt know there’s a resort and parking fees x night x stay, took very long the check out since everyone from the wedding were in line to check out and only 1 person working who was very rude, carpets in the room old and smelly..terrible experience

Hotel needs remodeling. There were no toiletries provided in the bathroom. There were two large spiders in their webs in the balcony. Everything was subpar for a Hilton! Food was good in the bar. Staff was friendly.

Dry poor quality junior suite . Dirty , smelled , torn up carpet , property entrance to Bougainville suites , disgusting ! Never have we experienced this with a Hilton Property. We checked out of the hotel just after 3 hours , staff unable to accommodate us .

It is a beautiful property with many things to do. It is conveniently located with a nice pool and great view of the beach. The food is excellent and the environment is fun with thoughtful activities for all ages.
