Staff was good. Facilities not so much main main thing NO HOT WATER!!! Let me start from the beginning, we got there on a chilly cold night could not turn on the heater, trying to shower with it being cold was not for me! We got moved to a different room, the second room was overly hot with out even turning on the heater, remotes for tv didn’t work, but the biggest problem! Was finally wanting to shower and NO HOT WATER!! Stayed 3 night and no hot water! We eventually got hot water on night that we got back to our room at 2:30am! The noisy early morning alap sucked! Very very thin walls, you could here the moving of chair in the downstairs room, And last they have a pool but not in working conditions.

El hotel acaba de abrir. El personal no está capacitado para antender huéspedes. La fruta del desayuno la pican en la misma tabla que la cebolla. No hay personal atendiendo el restaurante. La milanesa del restaurante es de pésima calidad. Los meseros no saben tomar la orden. Entiendo que son nuevos, pero esperaba más de una cadena de hoteles como esta. Desgraciadamente es la única opción de hotel cercano al aeropuerto.

This hotel is absolutely clean and comfortable and people there are extremely nice and polite. The front desk gentleman even called me to my room to remind me that it was getting late and I hadn’t order my room service dinner. Very nice, safe and affordable. I definitely will return.
