Staff was amazing with suggestions for the area and overall welcoming. Room was satisfactory (nothing to brag about but nothing to complain about either). Only disappointment was the limited breakfast items and drinks.

Furniture was old and misplaced-should switch the dresser and the work table to give room for someone to walk into the bathroom. Both double beds were pushed against a wall, person sleeping on that side couldn't get out normally. Pillows on the beds were square, desk clerk had to explain/show how to make them rectangle. Only one hanger in the "closet" was available for use. No tissues given. Towels were scratchy. Desk clerk that checked us in (Jennifer) was very helpful.

Room is ok if you’re getting out of town on a whim. Pillows were hard and breakfast was very limited. Customers with food allergies should be taken into consideration. Flavored creamers would be amazing!

In our first room the refrigerator and the phone didn’t work. We were moved to the room next door - all okay there. Room was quiet even with people on both sides. More or less central to the places we wanted to go. Only real issue was the pillows - they were the size of throw pillow (which was mostly ok) but they were all the same consistency and hard. No choices of softness.

When finished swimming the front office employee said there were no towels and didn't have staff to get us any. We were forced to use the only towels for after the pool and then for after we showered. She stated that she never heard that other hotels have extra towels for the pool[ area. The shower had empty bottles of shampoo and bath soap. Will definitely never stay there again.
