We had a great stay at the looking glass. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We just got in from a cruise and the room was clean, comfortable and made it easy to relax. The location wasn’t very far from the port or the airport. We really felt we were able to enjoy a part of Puerto Rico without all the crowds while being able to eat some great food at the local restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean rooms, friendly and staff. No elevator. Great neighborhood with a lot of cafes, restaurants. Also a short walk to the Puerto Rican Art Museum. Will stay here again on our return.

Great communication with the host. We made a same day booking and had special request for no steps which they provided. The front desk closes at 5:00 and we came in later but the door codes they provided worked well. Just be aware that most rooms have at least a few steps up or down, so you need to request if that is a problem. Room was spotless and bed was very comfy.

Check-in time was 3pm, but our room was ready when we arrived early at 1:30pm. The room was clean & comfortable. The staff was very curteous & helped in taking up luggage to room in 3rd floor since there was no elevator. There was no space to place a shaving kit with toiletries by the sink. There was water droplet occasionally coming from the ceiling.directly above the sink.

Stayed one night for the “ Sanse” festivities . The Hotel was way more than I expected . Very well kept and clean with great staff . Easy parking around the street .
