The breakfast menu was below average because it wasn't fresh. The bread felt old, and the food lacked flavor. The juice was too sweet. The staff didnt provide any information and didnt even ask if i had a vehicle. The 45 daily resort fee should be a choice since nobody visits PR to stay around the hotel. The feel forces you to stay around or it is just an extra charge for nothing.

Overall a nice resort with good breakfast and a beautiful pool area with a small water park for the kids. The room however was not that great, clogged sink, bath tub doesn't hold water, both shower heads didn't work properly. There was no way to turn off the cooling, no window to open for fresh air. No sheets for the folding sofa bed were provided. It's a long walk to the beach 10-15 min as you can't cut through the resort across the street. For a relatively expensive hotel they should at least address the room related issues as I'm not the first one to comment about them.

I stayed at this hotel from January 21–24 and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, and everything about the stay exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after long days. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Every meal felt like a highlight of the trip. The location was another major plus. It felt very secure, well-kept, and convenient, which added an extra layer of comfort throughout my stay. Whether I was returning late in the evening or heading out early in the morning, I always felt safe and at ease. Overall, I had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable place to stay. I would definitely return in the future.

While the staff members I encountered were courteous and professional, the extended period without running water was completely unacceptable and significantly disrupted our stay. Access to running water is not an optional amenity—it is a fundamental service that any hotel is responsible for providing. Guests rely on the property to ensure continuous access to basic utilities necessary for sanitation, comfort, and health. The inability to shower, flush toilets, wash hands, brush teeth, or properly use sinks and restroom facilities created not only major inconvenience but meaningful hygiene and sanitation concerns. Without reliable water service, guests cannot maintain basic standards of personal cleanliness, nor can they reasonably ensure sanitary conditions within their rooms. In addition, when such an essential utility is unavailable, it is the hotel’s responsibility to implement contingency measures—such as providing bottled water, access to alternative facilities, or clear guidance—to mitigate the impact. No meaningful alternatives or accommodations were offered during this time. What was equally troubling was the lack of communication from hotel management. There were no proactive updates, no clear explanation of the situation, and no acknowledgment of the impact this had on guests during the disruption. Equally concerning, there was no meaningful communication at checkout, nor any follow-up outreach afterward to acknowledge the inconvenience or explain what had occurred

Hotel had just opened when I first stayed there (Dec, 2022). Three years later, it's just as well-kept and clean. I see employees constantly cleaning the common areas and performing maintenance tasks. Guest rooms are decently sized, but more importantly, thoughtfully designed with plenty of work surfaces and electrical outlets. Staff are friendly, the hotel is safe and well located. Lovely scent in the lobby. I slept soundly - bed is comfortable, room is quiet. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!
