The property was clean but I was put in room 126 and it was filthy and stinky the carpet was filthy and stinking the TV only got 4 channels my girl friend who I came to visit refused to spend the night with me in the room after two nights the next morning I went to the front desk and asked to be moved I brought the employee who was on duty and showed him how horrible room 126 really was he agreed and moved me to a much cleaner room 120 and TV showed lots more channels then room 126 the person who check me in the night i checked in never made eye contact with me he had very poor customer service and very unprofessional

For 60 bucks, not bad at all, however, some things could be improved. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was polite but there was zero privacy to verifying my information. There was a gentleman talking to me in the lobby, friendly but I could have done without him hearing my entire phone number and my room number. These are things I'm used to front desk concealing. How about, is the phone number we have ending in xxxx a good number or when I sign have me verify then and showing me my room number on instead of announcing it to the lobby. As a single female traveler this is very concerning. I was also placed in the room next to the exit. I only had about 5 hrs to rest before my flight but I heard everyone coming in and out, everyone getting ice, using vending machine and bc the parking lot is so small someone was actually parked directly outside my window. These are things that should be given some consideration to the traveler. But, the room was clean , shower pressure was good and staff were polite.

Breakfast was a granola bar and coffee/tea. It’s better than nothing though and honestly the granola bar and coffee were both pretty good. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for our group of 3. The beds/pillows were very comfortable also and we all slept well all 3 nights of our stay. The shower had good pressure, but seemed like soft water which irritates me but it is what it is. The bathroom did have a vent which I appreciate as many hotels do not have this feature. The staff was great. All things considered, I would stay here again. For the price, I feel like it was more than adequate for our needs.

the room never got cold, and we had it on the lowest temperature. there was NO breakfast included, nor did the guy working the front desk inform us when breakfast time was. there was zero food in the morning due to whatever they had being EXPIRED since october! there was no apology or effort to make things right. we will never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We arrived late due to two delayed flights. My husband and I just wanted to get to the hotel to shower. As soon as we got to the room, he went to start the water and there were multiple roaches of different sizes crawling around. The room was old and disgusting. Being there for a max time of 15 minutes, we immediately called Expedia and told the front desk we were leaving. They offered us another room but with an infestation like that, we know they must be in other rooms. The room had a hole in the side of the wall next to the bed. They refused to give us a refund for the room. Also, they don't have free breakfast. Only granola bars and coffee. DO NOT STAY HERE. It's such a scam. We had to shake out our close and shoes because we were so grossed out.
