Biggest benefit was the full size bed in the living room - made it great for us to have a room and the kid to have an actual bed. That said, multiple times in the bathroom were broken, there was obvious water damage, and the entire hotel is just ratty and run down. Also, the noise from outside was noticeable as soon as the sun came up (traffic, airplanes, people). But for a place to crash after a long day of travel before driving home, this worked just fine.

It was kind of crazy how clean this place was. At first glance it looks like an older place and the hallways are and maybe the exterior of the building but there is literally not a spec of anything or a piece of lint on the carpet this place is expertly clean and the room was actually amazing.

The pictures were NOT the same as what I actually went to and stayed in at all. The quality of what was online wasnt anything compared in person, I am disappointed Hotel.com. Gave me the wrong room then had to find a room to march what I paid for , just totally inconvenient. They were nice, and the people definitely was cleaning up the place so that is a perk and pets were welcomed because I could smell it.

Great room almost like a studio with a full kitchen, very spacious and in good location. Cleans well. Stuff is friendly. The WiFi is bit slow and I ended up using my own data, I think they have premium options for WiFi but wasn’t sure if they come with extra charge so I didn’t try, probably worth taking notes and ask the front desk next time.

One of our sons lives, just a few miles away, and we think we have found our favorite new place to stay nearby! The Sonesta was clean, comfortable beds, and pillow pillows, and the desk clerks both morning and evening shifts were fantastic and kind. Will stay here again for sure.
