Staff was on their JOB in every department. Lobby was always being cleaned all the way to the top of the elevator doors. Chavonne at the front desk was super helpful. Rooms were cleaned. Pool and spa was warm and delightful. Very good location. Lots within walking distance.

During our stay, we had multiple negative interactions with a maintenance employee working the night shift (I believe his name was Carlos). The first incident occurred while we were waiting for friends and briefly held the elevator. Rather than calmly explaining any policy, he spoke to us rudely and disrespectfully, repeatedly telling us not to hold the door without explanation. When the elevator malfunctioned, he came out muttering rude remarks, and after we had walked away, he proceeded to glare at us with clear hostility. Hours later, when we returned and asked where the restroom was located, he responded, “If you were staying here, you should know,” which was dismissive and inappropriate. He then went outside to smoke a cigarette in front of the hotel, which did not reflect professional conduct. At no point did his behavior resemble that of a hotel employee, and his demeanor made it difficult to even identify him as staff. Overall, the treatment we received was unprofessional and unsettling. Fortunately, we were with our husband. Had we been alone, we would have felt genuinely unsafe. His behavior toward the women in our group was intimidating and noticeably different than when the men were present. If we had been able to receive a refund, we would have stayed elsewhere. We do not plan on returning. Guests should be treated with respect and spoken to appropriately at all times.

The hotel itself was good however it’s near impossible to see where to turn in to the hotel to check in, and they don’t tell you that the hotel doesn’t have complimentary parking like every other hotel. It’s $25 EXTRA to pay for their parking garage. And they don’t tell you until after you check in. It’s over $20 in fees and $25 for parking. At the end for the cost we could have went to a nicer hotel that offers parking. The pool was good but super deep so not very convenient for small kids. There is a big hot tub which was nice. Breakfast and selection was great. Within good walking distance of Temple Square and City Creek Mall.

Great value. Spent a couple of nights here with the wife. We went to see the lights at Temple Square. This hotel is about a ten minute walk from Temple Square and City Creek. Lots of good places to eat. Keep in mind there is a 25 dollar per night fee to park. The rooms are spacious. Could fit a family of four in one easily. The whole place was clean and really nice. Continental breakfast was excellent. No complaints, I will stay here again.
