The fridge was not working. Also at 2 am a large bus dropped off a lot of guests who were noisy and loud when they came in. The people above us walked heavy. Staff got off the elevator didn't acknowledge us and say excuse me. Although, the front desk staff were accommodating Sheff we locked our keys in the room twice

Quality Inn & Suites Quispamsis was a comfortable stay for my family of four (2 adults, 2 children). We stayed in a two queen bed room, and it was comfortable, safe and spacious. The complimentary breakfast each morning was very nice (better than expected). Staff were both pleasant and helpful. Throughout our stay, the pool heater was broken (and had been broken for at least a week when I asked), equating to very cool daily swimming. Be mindful, the tiles in the pool area are very slippery when wet, and the speakers in the pool area do not work, so bring your own music. Overall: 4/5 because of the pool

Overall the room was in good condition except for the fact that is smelled like dirty feet or used hockey equipment. I believe the carpet should be properly cleaned or replaced. We bought an air freshener to take the smell away (or at least mask it).

The room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was fantastic with lots of options (exceeded my expectations!) and check-in/check-out was easy. I liked the area the hotel is located in - close to the highway, some nice dining options and close to EV charging stations.
