The funky decor, superb location (next to hop and hop off bus stop #2), friendly staffs and excellent services (received room upgrade and a bottle of wine with Orbitz Gold) makes this hotel a top choice in the V&A Waterfront area.

The most amazing customer service I have ever received! Everyone from the front door, the concierge staff to the wait staff! Beautiful property and perfectly appointed rooms! Loved the One and Only..:so aptly named!
