The hotel is a bit dated but rooms were clean and it had a certain character. A couple of restaurants close by and then more along the beach, which was about 5-10 minute walk from hotel. Front desk staff very friendly and the shuttle was great -- easy and economical.

Excellent and very cute budget hotel for folks who need to be near the airport. We stayed here one night after a cruise before flying home. We had the basic room but it was bigger than expected. Staff is very friendly, attentive, and efficient. The breakfast buffet has a nice variety: croissants, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, pound cake, juice, biscuits, and gluten free options and hot water for tea/coffee are available on request. Beach access is right around the corner with several excellent places to swim and many restaurants. The staff is also prompt in replying to messages on Expedia. NOTE: if you use the shuttle to get from the airport to this hotel, the pick-up point for the shuttle is on level 0 of Fiumicino airport. We were dropped off at level 1 and were confused about where to board the shuttle until I asked airport staff and found out we had to go downstairs.

We stayed 1 night for airport convenience next morning with shuttle. Room was nothing great - felt like a cave with almost no window but had clean beds and bathroom! BEST thing about this place is the Beach down the street! Wow - what a treat to sip my last Italian spritz on the beach watching a stunning sunset! With wonderful dinner across the street after. So worth it!

The first room we were given had small ants all over the floor. We asked for another room, instead of a double bed we were given two twin beds put together. The mattresses were hard as sheets of plywood. The listing says airport shuttle available, but it has limited hours and is at a cost to the guest. After taking a taxi from Fiumicino to a hotel that I thought was close I ended up paying a ridiculous taxi fare and a room with ants after a full day of travel, unimpressed does not begin to describe this property.

The staffs were very helpful. Especially, the receptionist Mr. Massimo was very courteous, friendly and helpful to our family. when we need to extend our stay (because our children loved the hotel a lot) at the hotel he did immediately. The cleanliness of the hotel it is at highest standards for the 3 start hotel. Breakfast is very satisfactory with abundant of Italian "dolci." and endless choices of drinks (coffees). If anyone visiting Fiumicino, this the place to stay. it only 200 meters from the beach and all the restaurants. M.

Stayed here at the end of our trip just before catching our plane back to Canada. We had a very large room that could accommodate up to 5 people. It allowed us to open all our suitcases simultaneously so we could adjust all our belongings. We also had a large balcony which unfortunately we could not access because the door was off its hinges and opening it would have caused it to fall back and possibly cause injury. I feel this should have been noticed and addressed prior to us checking in. We mentioned it to the front desk but they were not able to find a repair person prior to our check out to address the issue. On the positive side, location is excellent, 100 metres from the beach and a 15 minute drive to T3 Fiumicino. The hotel offers an excellent shuttle service to the airport which runs every 45 minutes at a cost of 7 euro per person which I feel is very competitive compared to taxi or Uber. Overall, staff was very courteous and attentive and were able to provide my wife and daughter with a phone charger and a luggage scale.
