The people were lovely, sometimes a hotel didn’t have to the newest fanciest hotel if the people are it hotel, then it’s the best..

The checkin staff are particularly helpful and friendly. So nice to feel welcome after traveling so much .

While searching for a hotel Its erratic price setup irked me. Quotes varied from 150 e to 90 e for the same date during three different inquiries. Its only strong point was the breakfast which the staff closed down early.

It’s convenient, close to the airport, clean, quiet, and staff was very nice. We found the price to be very comparable to surrounding hotels.

It's a convenient location, and the shuttle to the airport is well-run. When I arrived, though, my room had a broken door to the outside, that wouldn't lock and had been blown open by the wind. In general, rooms on the first floor, which I had, aren't great, with windows facing the parking lot and not much privacy.

Stayed here for a night before flying out of the Rome airport. Very well kept hotel and very helpful staff. Rooms were nice, and spacious. Very easy to get to the airport as they have a shuttle for €6/person that left every 40 minutes or so. Not very close to city center, but a good option if you’re looking for a hotel to stay before you fly out.

Very nice hotel very close to the Rome airport, rooms very nice size and clean. Restaurant had a good menu and food. Staff was very accommodating.

Great location handy for the airport, lovely pool; hotel needs a coat of paint and new carpets, looks a bit tatty; air conditioning is too cold, can't open the windows.

Its close to the airport, the hotel is clean, but in no way comfortable. The bed is old, hard and you can feel the springs. The pillows are like bags of feathers, continually waking up through the night and plumping them. Other than that, no complaints.

Upon checking in, I felt a cold shoulder from the check-in person. After several minutes, things relaxed. All prices and accommodations were as promised.

This is one of the 2 hotels closest to the Rome airport. shuttles are provided to go to the airport for 6 Euros. Hotel itself has a restaurant and there is one other restaurant located right next to the hotel. There is not much to do in the general area.

Last year we returned a car at another hotel- no real parking and it was challenging. The Mercure has easy parking and a free shuttle from the airport, so we could return the car in the afternoon, come back and use the pool, and take the shuttle to the airport the next morning. Good restaurant, comfortable room and great staff. All around excellent.

Very tired airport hotel that needs an upgrade given the prices they are charging. Uncomfortable bed, thin sheets, poor shower, noisy HVAC. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

We chose this hotel near the airport in order to catch a 7am flight the next morning. They advertise an airport shuttle but it didn't run that early in the morning -- but we did order a cab which we shared with another couple on the same flight and it turned out to be less expensive than the shuttle. The room was ready when we arrived mid morning and the hotel was fine -- good internet. No complaints.

Very nice hotel. Worth the money. Very convenient and close to Rome airport. Noce rooms and friendly staff. Also excellent breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.

Modern clean rooms, combo tub and shower with enough room to relax, nice pool area but the water was cool, good breakfast but bad coffee, avoid the restaurant directly across the street as they over salt...walk a bit further into town for a wide variety of restaurants

Nice hotel that is located close enough to airport yet walking distance to cafes, restaurants and harbor. It is worth the short walk to see fishing boats and their nets out on the docks and eat a meal at one of the numerous cafes and restaurants in front of the marina. We were very impressed for the one night stay.
