The hotel pool is closed my whole stay which my kids are devastated. The towels have stains on them, floor looked filthy. The lady at the desk just seemed like she was forced to work her shift.

The air conditioner in the room they put my family and I in was not working very well. Everyone was sweating asked to move rooms it took front desk hours to finally put us in a different room in the middle of the night. My mother was trying to get into the pool she did not have our room key which she was staying in also and the staff at the desk was rude and told her she wasn’t allowed in the pool as she was not a guest just because she was waiting for one of us to open the pool door for her.
