We drove down from Klamath Falls to attend my daughter's 21st birthday celebration and needed a hotel room for the night. This hotel met or exceeded my expectations for the cleanliness and hospitality. Even though we were the first room off the elevator, it was so quiet. The bathroom was spacious and very clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. The beds were fairly comfortable and had crisp white sheets. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the waffel station had a great selection of toppings. The coffee was so delicious and fresh. The staff were friendly and offered us suggestions of things to do in the area. It was too cold even in August to use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable room for a reasonable price book with Fairfield Inn and Suites.

My Anniversary weekend

It was very nice. The place was clean, smelled fresh and the front desk clerks remembered us from 2yrs ago when my entire family stayed after my brother was killed. We needed to get away and to enjoy ourselves after dealing with everything. It mad me feel so good to hear her say welcome back to me i almost cryed. But it was our anniversary and we enjoyed it very much. I wish we could had stayed an extra day but again we have to prepare for another funeral. But i told them we will be back with the family next month...Again, Thanks for such nice service.

Excellent stay!

Excellent stay! The room and linens were spotless. The breakfast was very good, with the oatmeal bar having lots of options. There was oat milk for my coffee. My husband had his choice of three different kinds of yogurt. I read others say that the matress was too hard. We had no problems with it, and our matress at home is much softer.

Was charge 20 for something (have no clue)one guest didn’t come and ;was still charged for it ; with a no response for desk staff. There was only two bath towels for two adults and one child ! Thought the bathtub was going to break ; every step I took made a terrible cracking noise; beds small for a queen

The lady at the lobby during our checkout embarrassed me and my family by thinking we were going in for breakfast without having stayed at the property. She had verified whether we had room reservations. We actually had three rooms reserved. Very unpleasant and embarrassing moment.
