Staff were friendly. Room is outdated. No smart TV so we were unable to watch Netflix and there was nothing on cable. There were no pillowcases on our pillows and trash was still in bathroom garbage can.

There was a dead roach in the bathroom and a stain in the floor, asked for a non smoking room but it smelled like fresh cigarettes in the wee hours of the morning

Yes the room was neglected it smelled like smoke i had to change rooms because the heat wasn't working properly and the maintenance person never did show up to fix the problem and had to exchange rooms and had the same problem

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was really in need of an upgrade. Lots of worn spots, dim lighting, and just "tired" looking. Of course, Tunica has lost 6 casinos in recent years, so not much of an incentive for the business to invest money.

We have stayed at many Hollywood casinos but, this one was not the place I was hoping for. It was old and run down. Elevator wasn't working right the whole time we were there, and we had a power outage. Very noisy for sleeping. The staff were pleasant and helpful, but will not be going back.
