A mixed bag, but overall not bad

I went on a day the restaurant was closed and there was no microwave in the room, so that sucked. While I was thrilled they had refillable shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and lotion, their coffee was in disposable plastic trays. The shower took a long time to get hot, but it was nice once it did, and the towels were very nice! Overall, good, but could be a little better.

This part of Tunica is a ghost town these days. Way off the beaten path and not much going on. The property is dated but it was good value.

My husband and I had a wonderful time! Everytime was clean and smelled to reflect. The steakhouse offered what was probably one of the best dinners we've had in a long time! The only complaints either of could possibly have is the water pressure in the shower was a bit low and the bed was just a bit too firm for our liking.

Avoid. Pool was freezing.

The pool was freezing. They shouldn't advertise they have an indoor pool if it's kept so cold no one can stand to get in it. Dining options were extremely limited. The front desk staff seem totally indifferent. We won't be back.

They did not clean our room at all and when I noticed and tried to call down and ask for clean towels the telephone did not work, the housekeepers said they stopped cleaning occupied rooms after Covid. The ladies in the food area were amazing, I don’t think I’ll be staying there again

No complaints. Went on a double date just because we wanted to get out the house…. The air wasn’t blowing cold and they sent maintenance right away - they came right away and fixed the problem.

Everything was good but the casino was very hot and humid inside and slots limited. Too many old outdated reel machines. Bar service was great,room super clean and comfy. Got a pizza to go from pizza place downstairs and its was awesomeness. Staff super friendly and helpful. 9/10

The pool was extremely cold and hot tub was broken. Phone was completely out of wall call maintenance the toilet was broken and shower was not able to turn on

Solo ladies

I had a lovely room with the perfect view of the casino from my room window. Everything was very close. The food is soon as you get off the elevator and straight to the casino floor. Quick check in and out.
