I’ve never had a bad experience here until now. For starters, our room door did not have an inside safety lock, so for two women staying there alone, that was a no-go. Then we had problems with the toilet the tank wouldn’t fill up and it kept running and we had little to no hot water. Our towels smelled weird, the beds didn’t even have fitted sheets on them and the sheet that was there kept coming off the mattress and our room view was the roof; we literally couldn’t see anything else. The heated pool was freezing cold, and the Jacuzzi was out of order, but there was never any notice. The lady at the casino window for chips and such was extremely rude and not friendly at all. They also took a $50 room deposit that was never returned, even though our room was spotless. Overall, we were severely disappointed and probably won’t be staying there again.

The location was decent. The bed was nice and it was cool that our room looked over the casino. I can tell that it was probably cleaned fast or either not fully because there was food crumbs left in the chair. Also the air wasn’t great, maintenance came up to look at it but it still never worked right. The people at the front desk seem to be a little rude, like I am a burden on them for any questions or that I was even there. I feel like they could have been nicer considering I’m paying a lot of money to stay there. Over all it wasn’t a horrible stay. They place could use some work and some updates and definitely a change of employees.

We had an excellent staff member in matenance named Quincy or Quinton that helped us with our TV situation. He went behind the call of duty to assist my husband with a cable problem. Very knowledgeable and kind and friendly. If our TV didnt work i would had a unhappy husband. Thanks for saving our trip!

The room was dirty and in disrepair. We couldn’t even walk barefoot on the carpet as our feet turned black on the bottoms. Apparently the cleaners didn’t bother to look behind doors and clean. When we arrived there was a used washcloth hung over the shower curtain bar. The door to the cabinet where the refrigerator was located wouldn’t stay closed. We had to use a piece of cardboard stuffed in the crack to keep it closed. Then I got a bagel from the coffee shop and when I opened the cream cheese it was black with mold inside. The Hotel manager comped the cost of our room but the experience was ruined.

Bad weather and Casino was not prepared. No food except for Celebrity Grill. Staff was non existent. The slot machines would not take most tickets only wanted cash. No Valet, No baggage help. Pretty disappointing, pool not open when it was supposed to be open. 1 person Staff, no cups for drink machines on the floor. I could go on but I think you get my drift. Why did I rate OK because the room was nice and bed very comfortable.

The live entertainment (Radio Incorporated) was wonderful. We dined at the Celebrity Grill for dinner and had breakfast at the Southern. We were amazed at the large portion of tasty food served at both restaurants. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub was closed for maintenance and that the pool bottom was dirty, since we had hoped to swim before dining and gambling, but our night was still spectacular.

The staff was amazing. We had 2 conjoined rooms. Both nonsmoking but when we.walked into one of them it had been.smoked in and not just cigarettes it had the loud smell of Marijuana in it. I.went to.the.front desk.and asked for air freshener
