The room was extremely dirty. It was old smelling and the beds were terrible. Also, the staff was not polite as a matter of fact, most of them were very rude.

Though we were in a nonsmoking room, the smoke smell saturated our clothes and belongings. The bed was also extremely firm, nearly like sleeping on the ground.

I loved that of course we were walking distance from the casino floor and it was quite I didn’t like the fact the bed was hard the drain in the shower was loose off could have been a lot cleaner and there was only 3 pillows that were super soft didn’t get much sleep due to the bed and pillows but it was convenient for our trip

Room was old and could use some remodeling, Chair was old ripped up and very hard to sit in There was a old funky mildewy smell in the hall once you go past the vending area towards the rooms on 1st floor. I can comfortably say I was disappointed and while I would gamble here again I will not book a stay here again.

This is definitely not a 3-star hotel. It is old and out of date. Everywhere we went it smelled like either cigarette smoke or marijuana. The shower was broken. I called the front desk and explained. I was told someone would be by to repair, but no one ever came. Will not stay again and would not recommend.

The hotel staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The bed was hard and the handicap room was small. No suitable for wheelchair. The casino was okay. Not many newer machines. The food court was a joke. The 12 inch pizza was 25 dollars and tested terrible. A 20 oz drink was 6.50. Will not be going back. Not worth the trip.

The property was ok. The beds weren't comfortable, we had to keep asking for towels and the TV remote did not work. When we let the staff know about the remote and towels, they weren't helpful.

The room was Dusty the floor was needed sweeping but the manager gave us another room that was better so kudos for her I think her name was Angela thanks a lot Angelo for giving us a better room in that room was in good condition and clean thanks a lot Angela I hope that was the right person LOL
