Room was clean, not so great service all the way around, dealers are terrible. Pool is not maintained at all, water is dirty. So depressing to stay and noisy in the early mornings. Dont gamble, odds are so against you with rigged machines. Go do something else thats more fun or luxurious, at least you get something back for your money.

Service is okay, clean room, pool was dirty which was huge disappointment, 24 hour gym is a joke and casino is terrible, dealers hate their job, stay away from casinos and do something more productive than gambling.

New reservation, occupied room

I was given a key to an occupied room. I walked in there was a dog sitting in the chair looking at me as I was walking in the room. The bed was unmade as if someone had been laying in the bed already and the television was on. I went back down to guest service, they were as shocked as I was and the manager and another person went to the room and found just as described. I was given another room and an apology but was expecting so much more.

The rooms were very outdated, chipping paint, no USB ports on tv nor smart tvs. Not to mention it was the ABSOLUTE TIGHTEST CASINO I have ever visited. I’d definitely choose another place.
