We were scheduled to stay at Hollywood casino July 22-24, 2024. When I pulled back the sheets to get ready for bed there were several spots of bright red blood, the biggest of which was the size of a penny. I called the front desk and she said to take a picture and find to the front desk to see the manager. I went to the front desk. The registrar took my phone to the back room and returned telling me they would put us in a different room and would refund that night’s stay. I questioned her as to how the made could be made up with this very obvious stain? She said, “It could have been from a contractor or any number of people.” She didn’t seem to have much concern and I never did see a manager. In the new room we had problems with the air conditioner and could not get the room cool. We could not get the satellite on the TV to work. When we were finally able to rent a movie, it would go off every 15 minutes or so and take about an hour to come back on. The next morning we decided to go to a different hotel. We were refunded the second night as well, but the overall lack of concern over the bloody sheets was very disturbing. We will not be returning to this hotel.

run down hotel

Let me start by saying don't desk people are friendly and check in was fast.. but our room 567 the balcony is closed off with bird feces covering it, the comforter was covered in something disgusting on it, the carpet had a stain, the sheets was dirty,fridge had something left in it prior to our visit, and the paint is peeling off the walls, it is run down ..we will not be going here again.. because we were told we would get a refund for our room but only back the resort fees.. wow

Took 3 times to get correct room, this involved dragging large suitcases back and forth from 2 different incorrect rooms and once for the kind of correct 3rd room so a pretty good hike each time from front desk to rooms, asked for an upgrade due to the hassle, was told none acailable even though hotel wasn't busy at all, also no apolgies for all tge runaround, and had to wait 30 minutes to get into what was the 3rd room we were given. This room had mold in the shower and was super outdated. Floor was uneven and only 2 working outlets. No hair dryer in the room. Upon checkout was not asked how our stay was.

While Staying 7-13-24 thru 7-14-24 The Television Remote or Television was faulty and after calling Front desk (Prompt Service) Maintenance Came and told me the remote was faulty and i had to deal with it. Furthermore, i attempted to purchase a 20 oz. Soda from the Vending machines and received "HOT" (Room temp.) Beverages

First impression... Soon as you walk in you're hit with stale cigarette smoke. The first (nonsmoking) room smelled like smoke. The second was fine. Clean & comfortable. Hotel could use some updates, no USB ports in the room. Overall ok... for the weekend.

Horrible experience since the beginning, check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm we got there at 3:00pm and the rooms were not ready until 6:00pm!!! The people in the front were rude, we stayed 2 nights and they never cleaned the room any day, room for 4 people and they give only 2 towels, also you can hear people from the other rooms. I’ll never stay there again
