Very nice stay. A lot of Hollywood memorabilia to look at. Wish our room terrace door could have been unlocked. I guess they are bolted for safety reasons. Downside, other than a carryout stand with some prepackaged sandwiches and salad, the other restaurants and cafe are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Entertainment didn't start until Thursday, as well. I got there Monday evening, and left Thursday morning so I missed out on a lot of the amenities. None of the restaurants are Vegan or Vegetarian friendly. We had to travel a couple of miles to find something to eat. You will definitely need a car to get around. We went to other restaurants on the strip, because there are several casinos along casino drive, including MGM and Horseshoe. The staff seemed friendly and nice enough. They were very helpful when asked questions. While the room was nice, just wish there had been a microwave in it or even one on the floor. Had to take food downstairs to heat up after going to the local Piggly Wiggly grocery store about 20 minutes away.

The property needs a bit of work done. There was drywall all over the carpeting in the hallways. The attractions were run down. There is extremely limited dining especially at night. The vending machines were very limited as well. The front desk employee was absolutely horrendous. She told me I had no reservation and I had to go out to my car to try and find a confirmation number. I went back in and told her I did have a reservation. She seemed very annoyed that I was bothering her and making her do her job. Very unprofessional and rude. The rooms were not great with no microwave nor a refrigerator. Repairs were needed everywhere. I will not be staying in this place, which is in the middle of nowhere anyway, again.

We got to the hotel and check in was delayed because they had a power outage and they had no internet which my wife needed for business or TV the whole time. They only had one eating option and that was closed by 9.30pm so we tried to order pizza and no one delivers so as a last resort they had a sandwich vending machine and it was out of order. Not even the the candy vending machine was out of order. Just when you think things could get worse they had NO hot water. Never in all my years of traveling traveling I've never been in a hotel with no Hot water. We know that sometimes crap happens but they never tried to make it right by trying to comp us on anything or tried to get us to come back. Sad really as some of the staff were quite friendly. They did make us feel like they were doing us a favor because they waived the resort fees. It's lack of understanding as I emailed the casino before our arrival telling them it's our anniversary asking them if it was at all possible if they could do something special for my wife to make her stay special, not that you should expect anything but they didn't even acknowledge it.

My vehicle was vandalized on the property. Someone stole my catalyst converter from under my vehicle. I drove over 300 miles to get there and had to pay to have my car towed from property. I had already checked out and ask if they could provide me with a complimentary room since this happened and they couldn't accommodate me. They stated that they were not responsible for anything that happens on their parking lot but they can offer me a discounted rate to stay if needed. I had to beg someone leaving the hotel to pay them to to me to the nearest car rental company just so I could make it back home. Not to mention, I have to pay a $500 deductible and miss work to drive back up to memphis to get my vehicle from dealership once its repaired. This is unfair and the worst vacation ever. They should be held accountable because it happened on their property. No security on parking lot is unacceptable

It is very run down. Buffet was closed. No gift shop. Very dirty.

Charged a resort fee and there was NO amenities and the WiFi was horrible !!!

The rooms were nice and clean. It was nice to have the casino just downstairs. The fridge and coffee pot in the rooms were nice. Nothing I can think of that I disliked.
