5/5 Excellent

"Stayed in oceanfront room with private pool. Amazing views, amazing staff. Salvador was my butler who was very attentive amd helpful. I had a massage with hydrotherapy and it was the best experience Ive ever had Ask for Adriana. :) Would definitely recommend"

4/5 Good

"The BlueBay Esmeralda was a good resort. The pool area was huge and lots of loungers were available. The beach was nice but it doesn't have much shade. The evening entertainment was poor , the beach party was cancelled due to rain but the fire show was good. The food was very good at the ala carte restaurants. The steakhouse was excellent. The breakfast buffet at the beach was better than the main buffet, Francisco was a great waiter. There were very few food options after 10:00. We had a problem with our room when we arrived but we moved immediately to building 3 and had a better experience."
