Check in was horrible. We never heard from the host on check in instructions or access gate code. Messaged him many times. VRBO was able to get us the access code and house key after about 2 1/2 hours after check in time. When I finally received a response, host was indifferent and stated that someone else was supposed to take care of it. The location of the house with waterfront and pier were excellent. The inside was clean except we found two dead roaches. The house needs some work but otherwise the fishing and outdoors was pleasant. I would not rent this again.

We absolutely enjoyed our 3 day stay and LOVED the dock! It's a perfect rustic fishing cabin with everything us guys needed to enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving. We caught over 30 fish and although we threw them all back it def was a lot of fun. Loved the lighted dock and green lights in water. Fish bite heavy at dawn! We grabbed bait and bfast tacos 5 mins away at Baffin bay convenience store. If you are looking to fish and relax and utility is your goal this is it. The address is little off in Google so look for the large bobber hanging next to gate. Also the numbers on street aren't in order so this location comes before 2018 or 2020, etc. Coming in late at night was a little confusing but once we realized the numbers were off we had no problem.

This aged treasure on Baffin Bay is at a great location. Some tree maintenance would have been appreciated, low hanging limbs broke off light on our boat. The house had a good layout for our needs. It had a full kitchen and outdoor grill. Had plenty of hot water and a well lit pier. We had no wifi and thus no TV, being smart TVs. It is an older home that if had some TLC would be outstanding. It worked just fine for the guys outing. We would stay here again if needed.

We were extremely disappointed with the property. To start we didn’t get the check-in information until an hour after check-in and only after we requested it. The house is in dire need of repair and updates. There were roaches and spiders everywhere. We even had to pick up a dead mouse under the kitchen table. There were not enough towels and some of the beds only had bottom sheets. I will never book this property again.
