Everything was filthy. Nothing worked. The free breakfast included a broken coffee machine, a waffle maker that took 20 minutes to warm up, an old bottle of milk in a cooler, and a loaf of bread for making toast. The room was in desperate need of vacuuming and had mold and mildew. Hair dryer didn’t work and tv remote had been chewed to bits by a dog. Tiles on utilities were missing, art was torn from the wall and leaning up against the wall. The cheap price was nowhere near the value considering the condition. Even the hallway was filthy. No guests on the second floor because the elevator didn’t work the bed reeked of cedar oil which, to my knowledge, is only used for one thing. After returning home my wife made me leave everything outside until she could sanitize my clothes and luggage.

The sheets smelled like they hadn’t been washed in a long time. There was also dried chip paint on the window sill of the kitchen area of the suite. Seemed like the room hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while. We didn’t sleep there, checked out before 11:00pm

The lobby and the outside property were clean and nicely furnished. When we walked into the room, it smelled like mold and musty. It smelled like there was a leak in the room that had not dried yet. It turns out the window frame leaks when it rains and wets all of the a/c and floor around it and near the bed.

If your room is located near the stairs, you will be able to hear the phone at the front desk every time it rings. You also can hear the conversation. The room walls and ceiling are not noise proof. If you have a late night neighbor be ready to stay up for a bit. Quality of room was decent. The bed was comfortable. Everything you need for a night stay.
