When we got there, the floor was soaking wet with some mysterious substance, there was pet hair everywhere, felt something crawling in my ear twice when sleeping, and the towels were filthy. Overall, horrible experience and do not recommend at all… even as a last resort.

The pool was dirt and the stairs needed some painting breakfast was trouble. But everything is good.

Very friendly staff. Wonderful stay. Clean rooms. ....…...........................

The main reason I chose this hotel was so I could take my son swimming, however the water was green!! They were treating it with chemicals so we couldn't swim... Very disappointing!! The staff was a little rude and didn't seem to care how unhappy I was about this. The beds were super clean though, as well as the towels and bathroom... There was about a half inch gap under the door that let in heat as well as sunlight!! It was hard to cool the room down due to this.

Very convenient to the A&M campus, NAS and the King Ranch. Easy location but difficult to access from the street

The scheduled check in time was 2:00PM we arrived at 1:45. The lady at the front desk literaly chastized us for arriving early and that our room would not be clean yet. I asked her to check, she did, and said I was lucky this time. Before we even entered our room we noticed that the pool was a very strange dark green color, We investigated and found the pool to be absoultly filthy, so bad we could not even see the bottom of the deep end. We returned to the front desk without entering our room and asked to check out. The lady agreed that the pool was filthy and blamed the pool company as being worthless

Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey regarding your recent stay at our hotel. Your feedback is very important to us and we can assure you that we will use this information to do everything possible to create an enjoyable experience for each of our guests. We apologize for the pool being down as we had severe weather come thru town a few weeks ago which caused our pool to get dirty. The stair cases are in the process of being repainted. We hope to see you again soon!
