The faucet would drip loudly several minutes after washing your hands. The property was clean and the staff was more than accommodating, and the faucet would eventually stop so it wasn't worth moving rooms in my opinion.

The rooms my family and I stayed in were spacious and the hotel is pet friendly. We stayed for one night and enjoyed the continental breakfast the following day. The scrambled eggs were cooked well and they even had unsweetened almond milk for those that are lactose sensitive or vegan.

The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast was excellent, and we also enjoyed walking across the street to the Food Lab, which offered plenty of great dining options

We stayed on the 3rd floor. The property is nice and there was a farmers market right outside on Saturday. Grabbed some local coffee and walked around to enjoy the shops. There are some interesting characters that come out at night, so stay vigilant. The hotel walls are also thin and you can hear every sound for your neighbors and even the people walking the sidewalk. They’re dog friendly and the rooms are spacious, which is plus for big doggies.

We have stayed at this Hyatt a few times and been very comfortable. This time though was not great. The sink made some random bubbling noise, the AC whistled and the TV didn’t work.

It brightened our stay at Riverside

We are happy with everything about this hotel! The room is spacious and clean! The staff members in the front desk and the parking lot are friendly and polite. They even allowed our friends who came to visit us to park their car for free for a couple of hours. The location is great - it is right in the middle of downtown with Walkable distance to all restaurant and shops. I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel.

Horrible customer service on Hyatt and hotels.com

First time using Hotels.com and thought I was joking a room for the night there was some glitches and technical difficulties and tell me why I had two completely different reservations and with both confirmed for the same night and they refuse to help me with refunding on when clearly one was unused because I could only be at one place at a time …. So I won’t be using this website nor app again for any bookings!!!

Convenient stay

Great stay in Downtown Riverside. Was attending a wedding at Lot 84 nearby and everything was walkable. The neighborhood itself has some sketchy characters but the hotel was easy and reliable for my weekend.
